You naturally have communication style preferences and so do your customers and employees. The Communication Skills Workshop will show you how to understand yourself better and recognise the signals your customers and employees are giving you using the principles of DiSC Profiling.

When is the Communication skills workshop?

This online workshop is being held on Wednesday 2nd September, 10am – 1pm.

What will I learn?

  • An introduction to DiSC – analysing your personality and improving communication with others
  • Your strengths and areas to ‘manage’
  • Identifying the signals that others are giving you
  • How to adapt to communicate with others more effectively.

Who’s delivering the Communication skills workshop?

Former National Sales Manager Debbie has extensive and varied business experience from large corporations such as John Lewis and Novartis to her own shops in Cirencester and Hungerford. As a sales professional, she made good use of DiSC to become a top performer and effective manager. Debbie is an accredited DiSC trainer. For more than 5 years Debbie’s business AbleGrowth has been providing coaching and training support to SMEs in Gloucestershire to maximise the potential of her client’s business particularly focused on general business skills, simple techniques with numbers and sales activities. She delivers down to earth and sound advice which has a transforming positive impact on her clients. Her clients come from a wide range of sectors including engineering, food production, retail, recreation, construction, business services, clothing and digital. Debbie has recently launched her learning platform www.CommonSenseBusiness.co.uk which helps owners of small businesses develop their business skills.

Where is it held?
