Five Steps to Enterprise is a valuable course where you will be able to address the obstacles you’re facing in your business. With the support of various industry experts, you will cover key topics for scaling up and success. Taking place over three afternoon sessions, the course provides expert advice, new professional contacts, and an action plan to reach the objectives you’ve set for your business.

- You run a business that is less than 3 years old
- You’ve reached some of your goals already and are keen to achieve more
- You would like key advice and guidance from industry experts
- You’d benefit from finding out how you can further improve your business, and how to set objectives to make this happen
What does the course cover?
The course looks at the essentials of Business Strategy, Finance, Legalities, HR, Marketing and Sales. At the end of the course, you’ll benefit from a group Business Review, where you’ll work with an experienced business mentor to review where you are in your business, where you want to be, and work out the actions and next steps to get you there.
Week 1 – Tuesday 7th May

Where is it held?
This course is held at The Growth Hub in Gloucester; a centre of support and learning for growing businesses. Refreshments are provided on both days, and parking is available on-site (for £2 for the day by card).
Five Steps to Enterprise is offered by Start and Grow Enterprise, a University of Gloucestershire project with funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Start and Grow Enterprise supports the growth of Gloucestershire-based entrepreneurs and start-ups (trading up to 3 years) through free training, events, networks and resources.
