Every business owner makes decisions every day. We will share the key measures you need to focus on to start making better business decisions. We will also share how Market Research is a powerful tool. Understanding your market, what customers want and how you compare with competitors, allows you to avoid expensive mistakes. The insight gained can make you more competitive, more profitable and help you attract customers.

Who’s delivering this session?
Darren Stevens’ first job in Marketing was in 1985 when he joined Bang & Olufsen. After two years there he joined Chelsea Building Society where he was to work for 22 years and become Marketing Director. Now Managing Director of Prestbury Marketing a business he established in 2010, he helps his clients with all aspects of Marketing and PR. He spends an increasing amount of his time helping clients improve their websites and working on all other aspects of digital marketing.
Where is the How To Make Better Business Decisions session held?
This month’s networking event will be held in person at the Gloucester Rugby Club. Lunch will be provided. *Please let us know of any dietary requirements at least 5 days before the session by emailing startandgrow@glos.ac.uk.*
