*In Person* Business Strategy – Your 90 Day Plan – September 2022

All successful business owners understand the importance of having an effective Business Strategy in place to help them guide and grow their businesses in the most profitable and effective way possible. Increased growth and profit is an objective most businesses desire, but how do you work out the best approach for you? This interactive Business Strategy – Your 90 Day Plan workshop will introduce you to powerful tools that will help you understand the good and not so good parts of your business, whilst equipping you with the skills necessary to build a strategic 90 Day One Page Plan to help you drive your business success in 2022.

When is the Business Strategy workshop?

This online workshop is taking place on Thursday 22nd September, 10am-1pm. *This date has been changed to respect the Queen’s funeral on Monday 19th September*

Who’s delivering this Business Strategy workshop?

Richard Gray, Consultant Coach at Canoe – www.wearecanoe.com. I’m a Mindshop accredited Business Growth Facilitator and mBIT Coach who helps businesses grow profitably and sustainably. As a business owner, I know growing your business can be a challenge but made easier when supported by a capable business coach. I believe all business owners should have access to business coaching, and practicing what I preach, I have one myself. Prior to my business growth coaching work, I’ve run businesses in many diverse industries including Transport and Logistics, Recruitment, and Technology. I have also managed business growth programs in Gloucestershire and the South West, involving the support, development, and growth of hundreds of ambitious businesses. My coaching techniques are based firmly around accountability to achieve consistent and timely results, delivering a more time and cost-effective process.

Where is it held?

This course is held at The Growth Hub in Gloucester; a centre of support and learning for growing businesses, based at Oxstalls Campus at the University of Gloucestershire.

This venue is fully accessible. Both light refreshments and lunch are provided, and parking is available on-site (for £2.55 for the day by card). Please let us know of any dietary requirements at least 5 days in advance of the workshop by emailing startandgrow@glos.ac.uk.
