*In person* How To Outsmart Imposter Syndrome – February 2023
February 15 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm
Free
Our Power Lunch sessions are short, sharp sessions where you’ll get specialised support to help you solve your business challenges. They’re full to the brim with practical information and short enough to fit into your lunch break.
You will gain a better understanding of your inner critic and those negative, and sometimes crippling, feelings of “not being enough,” “being intimidated by others,” and “not being worthy.”
You’ll leave with some top tips on managing that unhelpful way of thinking so that you feel more confident in any business situation and can boldly ‘take your space’.
This Power Lunch session is taking place directly after our Entrepreneurs’ Networking morning at the Gloucester Growth Hub. If you would also like to join us in the morning and take part in our business networking event, please find more details and book your place here.

- How to overcome unhelpful thinking
- How to give yourself permission to have confidence and self-belief in business
Who’s delivering this session?
Chantal Goldsworthy is a qualified MBTI practitioner, executive coach and mentor and highly experienced personal development trainer. She has enjoyed many years of ‘lived’ business experience having been promoted to management and leadership roles both in the public and private sector and also has entrepreneurial experience in setting up and running a business. She has worked with many people who do not feel the level of confidence and self-belief they should, and her plan now is to spend the rest of her career helping people feel good about the individual they are because not enough people do.
