*In person* Post-Covid Reboot – October 2021
October 13, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Free
- Feeling unfocused?
- Drained by the trials of the past 18-months?
- Struggling to get back into gear?
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Lack of get-up-and-go, leading to frustration, lack of purpose, and stagnation – or “languishing” – is of growing concern post-covid, especially for small businesses, who rely on individual creativity, focus, and proactivity to succeed. This thought-provoking and interactive workshop provides an opportunity to pause and reflect on your own reality, build self-awareness, and look to the future with renewed confidence, hope, and focus.
When is the Post-Covid Reboot workshop?
This in-person, interactive workshop is being held on Wednesday 13th October, 1pm-3pm.
What will I learn?
- What just happened – an opportunity to reflect on the challenges of the last 18-months
- Why personal foundations matter – learn what underpins business success
- Why we do what we do – explore simple models to raise self-awareness and discover ways to do things differently
- How to get back on track – tips and tricks to help you get back to being your brilliant best
This session will empower, build resilience, and give participants the confidence and skills to cope with uncertainty and change, whatever the future holds…
Who’s delivering this Post-Covid Reboot workshop?
Meg Batch, of Zest Personal Development, is an Ex-Royal Air Force Officer with 18 years’ experience in both military and civilian personal development. An award-winning mindset coach with a background in leadership, management, and training, Meg provides thought-provoking and interactive workshops and presentations designed to raise self-awareness and shine a light on attitudes, behaviors and habits, which can be the difference between a business thriving or merely surviving. As well as working within business, she particularly enjoys helping those with the most challenging of life circumstances – eg long term unemployment, those with mental and physical health issues, abuse survivors, and other major life challenges – helping her clients to take control of their lives and ultimately reach their true potential.
What do people think?
Yesterday’s session was a total game-changer for me. So simple yet so effective. I think everyone needs a “Meg” in their lives. 10000% recommend to all!

Meg was so enthusiastic and positive in her approach to teaching and exploring related areas of the course, but prompting us to make our own decisions. She was brilliant.”
