The Business Planning workshop will introduce you to an invaluable planning tool, and help you to complete the process to fully understand your own business and its direction.
You’ll be taken through the completion of your own Business Model Canvas (BMC). It will give you insights into your customers and market, your value propositions, your channels and, of course, how to make enough money.
By completing a BMC, you’re halfway to a full-length business plan. You’ll leave this workshop with the skeleton of your business fully formed, and a full understanding of what comes next.

Who’s delivering this course?
Julie Ellison MBA is a business adviser, educator and entrepreneur; she has over 15 years’ experience supporting business start-up and growth, and works with national and international partners develop strong ecosystems of support for entrepreneurs. Julie has also worked for the Growth Hub as a business guide and has a particular interest in helping new ventures to find the right model for their business so they start well and thrive.

This is an online course, held on Zoom. Get ready by Downloading Zoom to your computer. You’ll get an email to register and then a link to join the meeting. This online course involves exciting discussion, interaction, and practical activities with others in your shoes.
