Online: Business Planning – February 2021

The Business Planning workshop will introduce you to an invaluable planning tool, and help you to complete the process to fully understand your own business and its direction.

You’ll be taken through the completion of your own Business Model Canvas (BMC). It will give you insights into your customers and market, your value propositions, your channels and, of course, how to make enough money.

By completing a BMC, you’re halfway to a full-length business plan. You’ll leave this workshop with the skeleton of your business fully formed, and a full understanding of what comes next.

Who’s delivering this Business Planning workshop?

Vassil Rachkov is a Senior Lecturer in Enterprise and Innovation in the School of Business and Technology at the University of Gloucestershire. Vassil runs a company engaged in world wine import, retail and e-tail. In the last 15 years, he has set up and closed several wine businesses and have been engaged in organizing, sponsoring and consulting for national wine fairs around the globe. His wine expertise has expanded to brand building and development, portfolio management and relationship marketing while adding academic skills like course program and lecture development, module leading and external examining. Vassil is passionate about Enterprise Support and Education, Enterprise Education Communication and Psychology of Entrepreneurship.

This is an online course, held on Zoom. Get ready by Downloading Zoom to your computer. You’ll get an email to register and then a link to join the meeting. This online course involves exciting discussion, interaction, and practical activities with others in your shoes.
